Walter R. Guidinger, previously a corporate executive with Pay’n Save Corp., has joined Rohit Joshi & Associates as an executive director. He will oversee development of shopping centers from the firm’s headquarters in Beverly Hills and at the newly established Seattle division.

Paul A. Meuer, managing principal of Syska & Hennessy’s Los Angeles office and a professional engineer for 33 years, is retiring from active practice. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington .
