Two Office Buildings in Burbank Sold

The EGF Group, a New York-based real estate investment firm, and Burbank Executive Plaza Associates, a limited partnership created by EGF, have purchased two adjacent office buildings in Burbank for a total of more than $19.6 million, according to EGF representatives.

The buildings, the five-year-old California Federal Building and recently-completed Burbank Executive Plaza, have 83,000 and 59,000 square feet of net rentable space, respectively.

Major tenants in the California Federal Building are California Federal Savings and Walt Disney Productions. The major tenant in the Burbank Executive Plaza is Gibraltar Savings.
