Search for Plane Ended

AGANA, Guam —
The Coast Guard on Wednesday ended a search for nine crewmen from a Navy A-3 jet that vanished over the Pacific eight days ago. Officials suspect that an electrical malfunction forced the utility aircraft down while en route to Guam from Japan.
