Husky-Voiced Reagan Suffering From Cold

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan’s voice sounded unusually husky when he delivered his five-minute weekly radio address Saturday, and an aide said later that he had a cold.
But spokesman Anson Franklin assured reporters that Reagan, who is spending the weekend at Camp David, Md., is otherwise in good shape.
