Arkansan Accused of Shooting Man Who Threw Snow at Car

Little Rock, Ark. —
A man was charged with first-degree battery for shooting a man who threw a snowball at his passing car, police said Saturday.
Sammy L. Alton, 20 was in stable condition Saturday afterr surgery for a bullet wound in his side, relatives said.
Freddie R. Craig, 34, was arrested a few minutes after the shooting Friday evening, police Lt. Wes Carter said. Craig was released later on $15,000 bond.
