Ronald Reagan, the oldest President in U.S. history, turns 74 today.

"This is only the 35th anniversary of my 39th birthday," Reagan told reporters Tuesday. "I've gotten used to that. I just treat it as any other day. It feels better to do it that way."

Reagan's doctor, Burton Smith, said that the President's health is excellent.
