Frank E. Hodgson is the new vice president of sales and marketing at National Pediatric Support Services Inc. in Irvine. Hodgson previously was sales manager with Don Post Studios in North Hollywood.

Newport Beach resident Robert E. Morgan has been named general manager of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Finance Services. Morgan currently oversees the loan production, servicing and administration aspects of the Coldwell Banker Co. He previously was president of a mortgage banking firm.

Mark Hoover has been appointed manager of subdivision sales for First American Title Insurance Co. of Santa Ana. Hoover, a Newport Beach resident, has been a vice president at First American since 1980 and had previously worked as a searcher, district manager and subdivision consultant for the firm.

Ditas Esperanza has been named a project manager at Fuscoe Williams Lindgren & Short, a civil engineering and land surveying firm in Santa Ana. Esperanza, an Irvine resident, will be in charge of the civil engineering design for a new battalion headquarters at Camp Pendleton and the water system design for a 20-acre office complex.
