Discussion will cover the plan to assess developers fees to pay for the corridor, and two other proposed freeways.

The forum, at 8 p.m. in the University Center Heritage Room, will be moderated by Lee Podolak, president of the Orange County League of Women Voters. It is sponsored by UC Irvine’s Cooperative OUtdoor Program and the League of Women Voters.
