Barton Plaza’s First-Phase Building Open

The first phase of the $45-million Barton Plaza complex, called by the developer one of the Southland’s first “intelligent buildings,” has opened on 13.2 acres in the Rancho Cucamonga Business Park, Haven Corridor and Foothill Gallery, Rancho Cucamonga.

When completed, Barton Plaza will contain two four-story, 80,000-square-foot buildings, two six-story, 120,000-square-foot buildings and a four-level parking structure for 1,400 cars. The first building is 40% leased, with occupancies scheduled to begin in March.

The complex is owned by Rancho Cucamonga Business Park Equities I and is being developed by Barton Development Co. The peak-of-the-art electronic and other telecommunication and data transmission systems are provided by Telecom Plus International Inc. and implemented by Professional Data Computers Inc. of Rancho Cucamonga.
