China Eases Travel Curbs

PEKING —
In one of the biggest relaxations under the Communist Party’s program to open the country to the outside world, China announced today that it will allow foreigners into 109 more cities and counties. Foreigners now will be able to visit a total of 257 cities and counties in China.
