Chad Seizes 2 Newsmen

PARIS —
Two French journalists working for the newspaper Le Figaro have been arrested in Chad for entering the country without visas, a spokesman for the paper said Tuesday in Paris. The two cousins, Renaud and Eric Girard, crossed into Chad from the Central African Republic, where they had been visiting refugee camps, and were arrested Feb. 6 at the border town of Maro. They are expected to be expelled to France.
