Minnesota officials said they will file no criminal charges in the case of an alleged child sex ring in Jordan because the original investigators made too many errors. But they said at least 16 children in the area had been molested. “The credibility problems resulted from the initial handling of these cases by Scott County authorities, including repeated questions, a lack of investigative reports and cross-germination of allegations,” state Atty. Gen. Hubert H. Humphrey III said in a statement.
