Steve Miller, vice president of a Covina bank, is the new president of the Covina Chamber of Commerce, succeeding Marilyn Johnson, a businesswoman who becomes chairman of the executive board. Other new officers are Gladys Thompson, Gail Brarmann, Bob Everhart, Fred Coulter, John Gateley, Howard Hawkins, Richard Jett and Glen Pierce.
