Two Brink’s employees were ordered held without bail in San Francisco after U.S. Magistrate F. Steele Langford concluded that they provided inside information to members of The Order, a neo-Nazi group that allegedly robbed an armored car near Ukiah of $3.6 million last summer. Charles Ostrout, 51, of Lookout in Modoc County, is charged with that robbery and with conspiring to rob either the Brink’s San Francisco cash vault or a shipment of $30 million in cash from Hawaii. Ronald King, 45, of Hayward, is accused only of conspiracy in the planned robbery, which was never carried out.
