Opening Scheduled Today for Sea Point Tennis Club Condos

The 336-unit Sea Point Tennis Club opens today in La Costa with an initial offering of 43 two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums in five floor plans, priced from $97,000 to $147,000.

The units range in size from 1,230 to 1,960 square feet, according to a spokeswoman for the developers, Far West Savings & Loan Assn. and La Costa Vale Ltd., the latter an affiliate of Continental American Properties Ltd., San Diego.

Twenty-two of the first-phase units sold out before the opening. The development above the La Costa Resort Hotel and Spa offers ocean views, four lighted tennis courts, two swimming pools and two spas. The monthly homeowners association dues range from $80.29 to $150.31.

Units feature ceramic tile entries, fireplaces, wet bars, one- or two-car garages, oak kitchen cabinets and ceramic tile counters.

Five models decorated by ShowPlace Interiors are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Cadencia and Piragua streets, reached from the eastbound La Costa Avenue off-ramp of the San Diego (5) Freeway.
