Train Derails; 13 Die

SEOUL, South Korea —
At least 13 people were killed and nine others injured today in the derailment of a 17-car freight train loaded with coal, police said. They said the train overturned near Sabuk, 120 miles southeast of Seoul, burying about two dozen people under anthracite coal.
