Italy’s Craxi in Bonn for Talks

MILAN, Italy —
Prime Minister Bettino Craxi flew to Bonn Friday for talks with West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl that will be followed by similar talks with French President Francois Mitterrand in Paris.
The Socialist government chief was holding the swift round of talks, mainly on European Economic Community topics, in his capacity as president of the EEC Ministers’ Council. Italy assumed the presidency of the Community for a six-month term Jan. 1.
