An $8-million, 85-year ground lease has been signed for a 5.2-acre parcel at the intersection of Sorrento Valley Road and Interstate 5 in Sorrento Valley.
The lessee is Rancho Sorrento Associates IV and the lessor is Richard A. Jones Trust, Grubb & Ellis represented both parties.
