Jan Miller Jewell has been named senior vice president of Wells Fargo Realty Advisors. She joined the Los Angeles firm in 1976 and has been responsible for the loan and equity administration departments.

Charles S. Peck, who has served as chief financial officer for Cushman Realty Corp. in Los Angeles, has been named executive vice president of the firm and president of Cushman Investment & Development Corp.

Chris Felix has been promoted from executive vice president to president of Hutton Associates, a Santa Ana-based real estate development and management firm.

Orlando Sanchez, formerly assistant controller, has been named vice president and controller of the Becket Group, parent company of Becket Associates.

William B. Connoley has been named to fill the newly created sition of senior vice president and manager of the real estate finance division of Crown Bancorp, Coronado.

Labor official James M. Wood has been reelected chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency Board for 1985. Also reelected were Christopher L. Stewart, for a third term as vice-chairman, and Irene P. Ayala for a second term as treasurer. Their new term began on Jan. 1.

Olson has been named vice president of construction for Nexus Development Corp.’s Central Division.

Tye Moody has joined McKellar Development of La Jolla as commercial general superintendent. He oversees field personnel and construction of the firm’s San Diego County commercial projects.
