State and federal drug agents arrested a Colombian and a Nicaraguan who were allegedly trying to sell $1.6 million of cocaine, a Drug Enforcement Administration spokesman said. Rommel Cisneros Ochoa, 25, of Nicaragua and Felix Guillermo Perez, 20, of Colombia were arrested in Hawthorne while trying to flee from drug administration and state Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement agents. Ochoa, who was armed, gave himself up after agents opened fire, although he was not hit, drug administration spokesman Johnnie Granados said. Perez drove away in a car that hit six vehicles in a parking lot before he was captured, Granados said. Three more suspects are being sought, he added.
