The House majority leader, Rep. Jim Wright (D-Tex.), accusing the Reagan Administration of playing partisan politics with U.S. nuclear arms negotiations in Geneva resuming next week, said he is withdrawing a 16-member House observer delegation from the talks. Wright had said he was considering a boycott of the talks after published reports indicated that top Administration officials were unhappy about the size of the House delegation and the fact that some members planned to bring spouses.
