Sales of the B-1B bomber should increase to $3.4 billion in the current fiscal year ending Sept. 30 from $2.4 billion a year ago, said Robert Anderson, chairman and chief executive of Rockwell International Corp. Anderson also said that Rockwell is well positioned to compete for several upcoming government and commercial projects, including contracts for early phases of work on NASA’s proposed $8-billion space station program.
