Marine National Bank has moved its business banking center from its 3 1/2-year-old temporary offices at Harbor and MacArthur boulevards in Santa Ana to the bank’s new building a block away at 3100 S. Harbor Blvd. Marine National began operations in the temporary Santa Ana offices in July, 1981, but moved its corporate headquarters to Irvine in September, 1983.
