Theodore Streleski, the former Stanford University graduate student who hammered his professor to death in 1978, refused again today to accept parole from state prison with the condition that he stay away from Stanford.

It was the third time since early last year that Streleski, who has refused to promise that he would not kill again, refused parole. After serving up to six more months, Streleski, 48, must be released on his own terms--with no parole restrictions at all.
