Citation Homes Opens Hillgate Development

Citation Homes opens its new Hillgate community of single-family homes today at 27623 Salem Court, Saugus, near Magic Mountain.

The $18-million community will have a total of 14l detached units to be developed in seven phases. Almost 70% of an initial increment of 47 homes has been purchased by early buyers.

Prices range from $97,990 to $121,990 for the one- and two-story homes, available in four floor plans offering from 1,028 to 1,523 square feet. The various arrangements have three or four bedrooms with two or 2 1/2 baths.

Standard amenities include wood-burning fireplaces, carpeting, built-in kitchen appliances, powder rooms, private master suites, two-car garages; select plans have optional dens in two designs.

The Hillgate sales office and four furnished models are open daily, except Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
