Four U. S. Marine Corps structures, including a battalion headquarters, an instruction facility and a turret-training canopy, are being designed by McCulloch Architects of Newport Beach for the Las Flores section of Camp Pendleton, in San Diego County.

The four structures, to total 21,00 square feet and cost about $2.5 million, will be part of a new master-planned development that eventually will contain base housing and vehicle maintenance facilities. Construction bidding is scheduled to open in December.
