Drug Probation Lifted for Robert Kennedy Jr.

RAPID CITY, S.D. —
A judge on Friday released Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from the second year of a two-year probation for heroin possession, ruling that Kennedy had completed the terms of his sentence in the last 12 months.
Circuit Judge Marshall Young’s ruling came nearly a year after he sentenced the son of the late Sen. Robert F. Kennedy of New York.
