Crash Kills Boy Without Seat Belt; Father Charged

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. —
A man was charged with vehicular homicide Saturday after his 3-year-old son, who was not wearing a seat belt, died in a car crash, police said. According to state law, children under 5 must wear seat belts while riding in cars.
