Desert Resort Plans New Housing Phase

The Racquet Club of Palm Springs is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the announcement of the $6.8-million, 40-unit Center Court residential development at the resort at 2743 N. Indian Ave.
The units will range from 986 to 1,370 square feet and will be priced from the mid-$100,000 to $200,000 range, according to Tom Ranck, manager of the Racquet Club.
