Belgian Industrial Production Up 10%

BRUSSELS, Belgium — Industrial production in Belgium jumped 10% in December from a year earlier, despite an 11% decline from November, the National Institute of Statistics said.
The institute said there was a strong 12-month rise in construction activity and in output of raw materials.
