Linda Wachner, a former president of Hollywood-based Max Factor & Co. and a board member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, has been appointed by President Reagan to the Advisory Committee for Trade Negotiations. Other appointees include Stephen I. Danzansky, a Washington lawyer, and Virginia S. Weinman, president of Menlo Park-based Symbiosis. Lloyd Hacker, president of the American Retail Federation, was reappointed.
