A Navy intelligence analyst's admission to FBI agents that he leaked three classified spy photographs to a British military journal may not be used in his espionage trial, a judge ruled in Baltimore. U.S. District Judge Joseph H. Young ordered the suppression of Samuel Loring Morison's statement because Morison was not represented by a lawyer when he was interrogated by FBI agents after his arrest on Oct. 1. Morison, 40, of Crofton, Md., was a civilian with high security clearance at the Naval Intelligence Support Center in Suitland.
