Canada to Release Porno Material

TORONTO —
Canadian customs officials said they would release three months’ worth of hard-core pornography seized on the U.S. border because of a court ruling that the seizures violated the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
The material will be returned to importers or individuals if the items are requested, said customs spokesman Don LaBelle.
