Marina del Rey Office Park Open

The $70-million Marina Business Center in Marina del Rey has been completed.
A project of Transpacific Development Co., the 400,000-square-foot office park has opened its final phase adjacent to the Marina Freeway at Mindanao Way and Glencoe Avenue.
Designed by Herbert Nadel AIA & Partners of Los Angeles, the three three-story office buildings and three two-story high-tech/office buildings were built by Jones Brothers Construction Corp. of Beverly Hills. Coldwell Banker is handling leasing.
