Blast Starts Fire in Texas Oil, Chemical Refinery

BIG SPRING, Tex. —
An explosion ripped through an oil and chemical refinery Tuesday, igniting a fire that was seen up to three miles away, authorities said. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the blast was being investigated.
