China Parliament Meeting

PEKING —
Chinese Premier Zhao Ziyang will open the annual National People’s Congress today with an address reporting on the nation’s sweeping economic reforms, officials said. More than 2,700 representatives are expected to attend the 15-day meeting of the congress, China’s legislature.
