U.S. Representative to Peace Group Named

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will nominate Donald S. Lowitz as U.S. representative to the Conference on Disarmament, the White House said Tuesday.
The conference, based in Stockholm, is aimed at establishing confidence-building measures between East and West as a means of dealing with international tensions.
