Industrial Center Signs Three Leases

Cadillac Fairview / California has leased about 300,000 square feet of space in its Los Angeles Industrial Center in Compton to three companies for a total lease value of $5.6 million.

Arvin Consumer Electronics Division of Arvin Industries Inc. rented 84,480 square feet in a 37.5-month lease valued at $1-million; Toyo Tire has leased 85,131 square feet in a 10 year lease valued at $3.6-million, and fisher Corp of Chatworth has leased 159,854 square feet in a two-year lease, with options, valued at $1 million.
