Tri-Star Pictures is considering a public offering.

Less than four months after scrapping its plan to offer a quarter of its shares to the public, Tri-Star spokeswoman Lyla Foggia said the company “is considering another public offering” but declined to elaborate. At the time Tri-Star withdrew its offering last December, Tri-Star Chairman Victor A. Kaufman said the company would not attempt another such offering in 1985. Kaufman was unavailable for comment on the new plan.
