Colombian Sees Castro

MEXICO CITY — Colombian Foreign Minister Augusto Ramirez Ocampo met with Cuban President Fidel Castro in Havana to discuss the conflict in Central America, the Cuban news agency Prensa Latina reported Tuesday.
