Navy Secretary Departs

WASHINGTON — Secretary of the Navy John F. Lehman Jr. has left Washington for a weeklong trip to Israel and Iceland, the Pentagon announced Friday. Lehman will visit several Israeli facilities and consult with top military leaders.
