Westland Buys Webb Building

Westland Investments of Los Gatos has negotiated a $4.25-million agreement for the purchase of Del E. Webb Development Co.’s (DEVCO) headquarters building in Sun City West.

DEVCO’s administration will continue to occupy the building under a lease arrangement with Westland Investments. DEVCO is the developer and master planner of Sun City and Sun City West, west of Phoenix.

The 37,500-square-foot headquarters building is a development of Commercial Properties, Webb’s commercial real estate development subsidiary, which handled the sale.
