Measles Afflicts Mali

BAMAKO, Mali — A severe outbreak of measles this year has afflicted this West African capital, the Malian health minister, Dr. Mamadou Dembele, reported. In a weekend broadcast, he said 11,374 children have contracted measles during the first three months of 1985, compared to 1,599 during all of 1984.
