ELTON RULE TO SPEAK AT MEETING TODAY

Elton H. Rule, former vice chairman of ABC Inc. and now a partner in Rule/Starger Co., will be the speaker today at a luncheon meeting of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences at the Century Plaza. Diana Muldaur, academy president, will introduce Rule and other guests.
The academy’s final luncheon meeting for the season will be May 24, when the speaker will be Robert M. Bennett, senior vice president for TV broadcasting and production at Metromedia.
