2 Named to Commission:Gary Jenkins and Wayne Peterson have been chosen by the City Council to fill two vacancies on the city Planning Commission. The two openings resulted when former commissioners Ross Conner and Richard Frick resigned for personal reasons. Jenkins, a member of the city’s Parking, Traffic and Circulation Committee, was named to finish Frick’s term, due to expire in July, 1986. Peterson, a member of the city’s Board of Adjustment for 2 1/2 years, will finish Conner’s term, which was to have ended in July, and will serve a regular two-year term after that.
