Sheriff’s deputies arrested four men after a clandestine PCP lab in a Lancaster garage exploded. Deputies responded to the explosion in the 3800 block of Balmont Street to find four men speeding away in a car. Booked on suspicion of manufacturing PCP were Whitney Garrett, 31, of Sepulveda; Earl Brewster, 30, of Arleta; Terry King, 30, of Sacramento, and Gregory Plair, 30, of Richmond.
