GOP Convention Manager Named to Personnel Post

WASHINGTON — Ronald Walker, manager of the 1984 Republican National Convention in Dallas and chairman of President Reagan’s second inaugural committee, has become a special consultant to the Office of Presidential Personnel, the President announced Friday.
