Trains Collide; 18 Killed

MEXICO CITY — At least 18 people were killed and 80 injured Friday when two trains collided about 90 miles east of Mexico City, police said. The accident occurred in the village of Soltepec in the state of Tlaxcala when the two Mexico City-bound trains crashed.
