Louisiana Refinery Hard Hit by Explosion and Fire

VENICE, La. — An explosion and fire heavily damaged more than half of the Warren Petroleum Gas Refinery on Sunday, but workers cut a gas line and prevented the blaze from spreading. No injuries were reported.
