Duim, released on his own recognizance, is scheduled for arraignment next Tuesday in Desert Municipal Court. He is charged with disturbing the peace.

The Birmingham City Council voted $1 million to help bail out the financially strapped Birmingham Stallions, but left the door open to withdraw the loan pending a meeting of United States Football League owners next week.
